shootr Posted February 12, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 12, 2015 Good morning everybody, down 1 to an even 200 so figured I would kick off the weekly thread. Been falling back on lots of V8 juice, carrots, and such for snacks. Breads are still killing me but did grilled chicken, salads, lunch meats like turkey and chunk chicken for main meals. The last 17 months have been up and down Roller-coaster ride. My cruise vacation begins Sunday. I happy my cruise clothes are fitting better. I will be absent next week. They raised my mothers meds..one almost $300 and other $150. This is with insurance and medicare. What the? Try to talk on the phone to people..yeah right! ALL VOICE MAIL..HATE IT. Still have to deal with that and other things. I want to cruise forever. I did have a nice cruise with my daughter, got to have fun and relax. Now will be a long time before I have other. (sad) Shootr I went on the ship that has the bar that you can smoke cigars in, it's called..... Shooter's! Sounds like everyone did pretty well. I did gain on my cruise but I have it off already. It was something i was sort of hoping for, to motivate me. Weigh in for the week is 322.0 lbs. (was at 347.8 about 4 months ago) I haven't booked a new cruise yet, but hope to lose a good deal before then. I went off-diet on Feb 2nd for my 4 day cruise and gained 3.2 lbs! I'm a bit worried that I'm starting my cruise on Friday at about the weight I usually am after a cruise. Belle ~ (yikes I'm stuck in italics!!). glad you had a nice cruise & sorry for the high cost drugs. Yes voicemail can really irritate a person especially when they don't have a number for your problem!!
