Rare sprint180 Posted February 24, 2015 #26 Share Posted February 24, 2015 I figured the title was a joke so I had to check it out. I would try Princess. I have only done Carnival, NCL, and Princess though. Princess was relaxing and we enjoyed it.

kona_wahine Posted February 24, 2015 #29 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Been on Dream and Liberty and Glory in April. Been thinking of a B2B on Breeze but you all are making me rethink that decision and trying a different line. My goal is Aruba and Grand Cayman. JimAOk1945 Posted February 24, 2015 #30 Share Posted February 24, 2015 (edited) Try Royal Caribbean. We enjoyed Carnival and Princess, but are happier with RC. They say pictures are worth a thousand words. You might like to look through the slide shows my wife made with pictures she took on our previous RC cruises. Happy cruising. It's a fantastic way to travel. Edited February 24, 2015 by JimAOk1945

Purvis1231 Posted February 24, 2015 #32 Share Posted February 24, 2015 We love Princess and Holland America both are part of the Carnival Corporation. Both have several ships that sail out of South Florida, a few go north for the summer. Enjoy!
Surfwench Posted February 24, 2015 #33 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Celebrity. NCL... not tempted at all, sounds like a slightly different flavor of the fun ships. I've done one Royal but my kids just returned from a Royal cruise which reinforces my initial impression. Princess... close 2nd and looking to sail her through the Panama Canal. HAL...not that old yet, but getting there. ;-)
Mulege Posted February 24, 2015 #34 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Celebrity S Class ships with the 123 GO package is almost all inclusive cruising. Alaska and Europe gets you all three offers with a balcony cabin or above.

Gallivanting Souls Posted February 26, 2015 #36 Share Posted February 26, 2015 My vote would be Princess if the itinerary goes there! I have only been on Princess so far. We would have sailed Carnival back in 2005 if it weren't for a pesky thing called Hurricane Katrina!
theriac Posted February 26, 2015 #37 Share Posted February 26, 2015 I've been on the big 3 cruiselines, most have been with Carnival though and I really do enjoy everything they offer(I usually cruise when kids are in school so I don't have to deal with them). After my last cruise though on the Pride, I said I was gonna try NCL again for my next cruise, but then carnivals casino sent me an offer too good to pass up. So now I have two more booked with Carnival. I really did like NCL when I sailed with them(not the MDR food, had to do UDP) and am planning to use them when I cruise the Med(unless I get a great deal on Vista). My sailings on Royal have been my least favorite. It could have been because I had been to the ports so many times, and just maybe being solicited by a prostitute on the Lido followed by her asking my father, followed by her asking my dads business partner, followed by her asking all the guys my dad brought on the cruise for a company getaway, and finally followed by her asking my dads business partners wife. That is when security was finally gotten. Not sure if she ran up a high onboard bill or if she goes to make money, but she seemed like this wasn't her first rodeo. Having said that I do want to try the monsters of the sea to see what all the hype is about with the those ships and the high class experience the people who call Carnival "the Wal-Mart of the Seas" swear by.
