Linked Reservations

I had 3 other reservations linked with ours to facilitate dining together. Today I looked and the other reservations were no longer listed at the bottom of the page on my online res. Called C & A and was told they could not be linked because we all were paying our own way. I know in the past we always linked reservations with no problems. Is this a change in policy? Any input in how or who to call to get this fixed?

I don't know who told you that Reserv can't be linked, all they need are the other two Reserv #'s and your dining can be linked. Did you book directly with the Cruise lines or a TA. I would call again and let them know you wish to link the other two, but first you will need the #'s from their Reservations so they can link all three.

They were linked up until yesterday. Typical Royal computer problem and uniformed customer service. Usually the Diamond Desk is knowledgeable and able to give the correct answer and fix things.

I would call RCCL and tell them that you were linked and it is no longer showing and you want them put back, unless the others had them removed. Check with the others first.

That answer is incorrect. We have been linked with friends several times. We are currently linked with friends for our Vision trip in Nov. Although a few months back they became inexplicably unlinked. Our friends (also our TA's) relinked them.
