JetCruister Posted March 26, 2015 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2015 Hello, Does anyone know what time we will hit the Miraflores Locks? We are cruising from the Atlantic to the Pacific. We enter Gatun Locks around 6am on April 3. I know it can take anywhere from 8-10 hours, but was looking for a time frame. Any help would be appreciated! Also, how far is the Centennial bridge to the Pedro Miguel and Miraflores locks? Thanks!!:)
cruisead Posted March 26, 2015 #2 Share Posted March 26, 2015 There's no way to give you a timeline because there are so many variables, especially the number of ships going through the locks. There could be one or two ships or a whole lot more, and they are lined up by the canal officials.

You will get to the locks between 2 and 4 PM... This map should help you...http://henstridgephotography.com/Photos/Panama%20Canal_013.jpg BILL

Rare Azulann Posted March 26, 2015 #6 Share Posted March 26, 2015 There is also a web cam at the Canal. Go to the port of call forum "Panama" here. There are lots of folks there who are very familiar with the canal transits.
