Oasis Class Boardwalk Balconies

I am booking 3 Boardwalk Balconies on Deck 11. So far, we are thinking about the 3rd, 4th, and 5th back from the end by the Aqua Theater. I wanted opinions about the closest (11329 and 11327). I know about the public balcony area and many people indicated this area wasn't very well known...but those posts were several years old. I am wondering if we will be disturbed by those areas. Also...is the view necessarily any better?

Not sure on the view, but there is no longer public balcony at the back. That area was converted into Grand Suites during the refurb.

Thanks for that information. Do you know if the view from 11329 was impacted by that?

Not that I am aware. I understand they have wrap around balconies. I know there was a thread a while back when they were done that showed pictures of the balcony and also from the other side of the ship. I will see if I can find.

The view from 11329 is great! Not only a good view of the Aqua Theatre, but also the sea. The new adjacent Grand Suite will have no impact on your view.

Excellent video shows you the rooms you are looking at. The new GS are round the back of the rock climbing. You will understand what I mean when you watch.

Additional question: (I don't want to start another thread) :)

 

 

I have a question about the Boardwalk Balconies too... I read one review that said they were too hot. I only found that one person mention it. So, for those who have cruised on a boardwalk balcony in the summer... was there a breeze on sea days? Did anyone else find it to be too hot to enjoy the balcony?

 

We are in 12729 and should have a lot of shade if I see correctly on the pictures.
