P & 0 Peninsular Club Discount

The peninsular club discounts are based on the individual not the cabin.

If one of you has never cruised before they will not be entitled to any discount or if they have not cruised as much as the other passenger it will be based on their number of nights spent on board.

Discount will apply according to which Peninsular Tier the cruise card is used to make the purchase.

The reason I asked the question is I am considering booking two cruises, one of which is a captain's choice cruise and includes 10% discount and the other a 5% discount, plus TA discount of 5% There will be three adults sharing the cabin, all past passengers but TA has stated only first two passengers will receive P & O discount and third passenger will receive TA discount. Is this correct?

Just had a look and haven't found a mention of this scenario as yet although at the bottom of each page in the new booklet 'This is the Life' under heading Terms and Conditions they say : ....

Prices shown are per person based on two adults sharing the lowest available grade inside cabin and are subject to availability.

Maybe give P&O a ring?

Doesn't it also say go online to read full T&Cs?

On info re Peninsular Club on the website there is a specific tel number for the different Pens Club layers, but only open weekdays and office hours.

Is that in the new big brochure Major Tom? Not got that yet.

And does that apply to the Captain's Selection 10% as well do you think?

Equador, would you be better off booking 3 cabins?

Just checked the thin this is the life brochure again and it states

5% past passenger saving when booked by 31st May 2015

10% past passenger saving when booking a captain's choice cruise before 31st May 2015

and also an additional 5% saving on designated Peninsular cruises.

There does not appear to be any restrictions re limited to first two passengers at least in this brochure although it does state read t & cs in full 2016 brochure. My question is why not state this in the thin brochure

majortom10 the two cruise I am considering booking are not shown as Peninsular cruises in the thin brochure so maybe the restriction only applies to these cruises?

Scriv No would cost more money.
