heavenlysea Posted April 17, 2015 #1 Share Posted April 17, 2015 If we are unable to finish a bottle of wine we've brought from home at dinner, will it be stored for the next night or do we have to take it back to our cabin? We eat in the main dining room. I know for bottles purchased through the cruiseline they would be.

FTLcruisers Posted April 17, 2015 #3 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Yes they will keep your wine and the next time you come to the dining room will ask if you want it.
heavenlysea Posted April 17, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Wow, I'm impressed with the fast answers! Thanks! And, I'm actually impressed that Royal will store them. With all the complaints and cuts I've been seeing I didn't expect this.
Desert Cruizers Posted April 17, 2015 #5 Share Posted April 17, 2015 We had received a bottle of wine as a gift and I went down to the dining room and told them we would like to have for dinner to share for a celebration. That evening it was by our table being chilled.
MadOnion Posted April 17, 2015 #6 Share Posted April 17, 2015 An answer given by the customer support. "Wine can be taken from the dining room to the guests’ stateroom if they would like to finish the bottle later. Also unopened bottles from their package can be taken home with them at disembarkation time."

MadOnion Posted April 17, 2015 #8 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Yes, Sorry Suekay. I did missread the guests question. Yes you can choose to have it served at another place. If you want the ship to hold and handle the wine you bring so it can be served either at dinner or through one of the other bars then you can speak with guest relations about it and they will arrange it. So after dinner then you can either ask them to store it for next day or have it delivered. If nothing is mentioned then by default they will store it for the next day and the staff will ask the next day if you want keep drinking from your own wine bottle :)

garycarla Posted April 17, 2015 #10 Share Posted April 17, 2015 Or you can reach over and share with us. We ALWAYS finish the bottle, or at least take a glass full with us when we leave.
