Anthem Promotion - Balcony for the price of Oceanview for cruises thru 4/18/16

I found a new Anthem promotion on the RCCL homepage (after noticing a price drop on my cruise). I was able to upgrade from a DO (obstructed view balcony) to a D4 and saved $80 per person. Presumably people who already had the better balcony categories booked will save even more (I think it was a 15% drop on my cruise). And it's combineable with C&A and NextCruise discounts.
