Due to sail next week and unfortunately haven't been very well with DMV. Over the worst now my system is just getting back to normality slowly.

What is the time period for being allowed to board after such an illness is it 48 hours? Don't want to drive to Southampton and be told NO BOARDING for you mate!

what is Dmv? If you are ok now it should be fine.

Many hospitals and medical institutions allow staff back after 48 hours free of D&V. On the health declaration should you fall within the stated time period they require, a segregation will occur followed by a screening test process I believe. Insurance should cover for any problems regarding refused boarding.

I'd give them a call to put your mind at rest. They are pretty good re medical questions - or so we've found. Thanks for being honest and checking it out - am not sure everyone would do that. :)

I should have typed D&V, roughly translated sickness top and bottom, literally.

 

Don't sail till a week today so should be sorted by then.
