Recommended cabins on Oriana

Does anyone have any recommendations about the best place to have cabins on Oriana - standard Outdoor/Windows ?

We had a lovely outside cabin on D deck a few cabins from the back. So easy to pop out the back and up to the buffet.:cool:

I liked our E deck outside cabin about 6 cabins down from the MDR. Very quiet and also only a little way to the Atrium so never had to queue for the lifts after being in port :) It was November in the Channel and didn't feel any movement.

We like to be a few cabins in from the back on Oriana and Aurora so its just a short walk out to the aft decks which, in our opinion, are the best place to sit....sun and shade so suits most people. The aft decks are also usually open if its windy and the other decks are closed.

I would not have a cabin near the stern, because there is vibration and also if you are in rough weather, the movement is noticeable. We always choose mid or further forward.

We always choose D deck aft on Oriana. Never feel the movement in rough weather and we only notice the vibration when arriving of departing a port.

 

Aft is so handy for the terrace pool, can nip back to the cabin to use own facilities and change out of wet swim wear. Great bar there as well. The terrace pool is very open but you can find shade if you want it.

We didn't have any movement or juddering in our D deck aft outside cabin.:cool:
