Eagercruiser8 Posted May 17, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 17, 2015 Are door signs allowed on Royal Caribbean staterooms? Also is it very popular? I'm nervous to be the only ones with a decorated door.
Cuizer2 Posted May 17, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 17, 2015 Are they allowed? Yes. Are they popular? I don't know. I've seen them, but I have not toured the thousands of cabins to see how popular they are.
Rare mcatmcat Posted May 17, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 17, 2015 I had free time in carnival and I remember going floor to floor looking at the doors and people were created Now in royal there is no much time to waste but sometimes my friends and I walk late at night looking for something creative as well. They are not every 20 doors but they are at least in every deck Sometimes we copy some of the ideas but I never do it for my door

1ParticularHbr Posted May 17, 2015 #6 Share Posted May 17, 2015 We see very few door decorations on Royal unless someone is celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or honeymoon. Even then, what's on the door is part of the purchased cabin decoration package. It's nowhere near like Disney where lots of people go all out on decorations. renjrusa Posted May 17, 2015 #8 Share Posted May 17, 2015 Our granddaughters made signs for our cruise last month on jewel of the seas . They used supplies and magnetic sheets and worked out well. We were celebrating our anniversary and wifes b day...
NewSalt Posted May 17, 2015 #9 Share Posted May 17, 2015 We always pass one or two on our way to and from our cabin. We did some on our cruise with our DGSs last year so the older one could "direct" us to our cabin. They were just underwater life ones and made it through the entire cruise without disappearing. It's your cruise; if it makes you happy and doesn't affect other cruisers, do it.
