cruizinisthebest Posted May 20, 2015 #7 Share Posted May 20, 2015 Can the gift cards be used if one is using a travel agent? Sure can. We paid off two cabins almost entirely using gift cards, and we are booked through a TA.

KatRat416 Posted May 21, 2015 #24 Share Posted May 21, 2015 Can someone please explain these and how they work? Do they come in different denominations? How many points do you need to purchase them? Thank you! They are just a gift card that you can use for anything....pay off cruise or on board expenses. They have 2, a $500 that cost $450 (not sure how many points for this one) and a $100 that cost $90 and is 1,000 points. I got another $100 one today though I shouldn't have....I justified it by saying "well, I won't need to buy groceries or gas the week we're gone so I can spend that money on it" LOL So we now have $350 worth of cards that we only paid $300 for...yay! (2 of the $100 through Verizon and we managed to get 6 $25 ones when Kroger had their special going).
