Valanta Posted May 29, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2015 I called Carnival to ask about how the program works. I was wanting to get the program but only for myself being that my husband very rarely drinks. I was told he has to get one too since he will be the other adult in the cabin with me. Crazy right. Anyway, my sister and her husband will be on the cruise with us (in their own cabin) and we were thinking that maybe we could split it. Has any one every done this and did it work for you? I was thinking that we could either swap our s&s cards so when we are not together it does not stop them from getting their drinks and us the same. Does any one know if she uses my card they would be able to tell its not me? I may only want maybe 4-5 drinks in a day and my hubby may only want 2 if that. Any info would be useful. CruiserBruce Posted May 29, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 29, 2015 The far better place for your research would be the portion of Cruise Critic devoted to Carnival, located here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=215 There are dozens of threads over there on this topic. cb at sea Posted May 30, 2015 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2015 Packages are not meant to be shared.... I agree that it's silly for a non-drinker to have to buy a package...but it's probably because so many try to "share"....so they penalize everyone.
