questions about cruising Croatia and Italy coastline?

We will be on the Windsurf Sept 25 with stops in Rovinj, Split, Dubrovnik, Kotor, Messina, and Capri, ending in Rome. Can anyone give me an idea which if any of these stops they have the watersports platform out?

I am thinking that booking our Candles night between Messina and Capri(thinking it might be one of the calmer nights for eating outside?). Any comments or suggestions about this?

 

Also, if anyone has been on the complimentary wine tasting excursion in Taormina, how was it? Can you give us an idea of the approximate location, and how you get there?

 

I know I am limited to how many answers I can expect from people who have done this cruise is limited, but if anyone else has any suggestions, I would appreciate hearing from them as well!

You may get it out in Dubrovnik.

 

You will probably dock in Split and Kotor so no platform. Haven't been to the other places so I can't say. One way for you to get an idea is to see if you are docked or tendering. If you are docked it will not be out, if you tender it might be out.
