Hi fellow cruisers !

 

I ask my HA agent to transfert me from a Lanaï Cabin to a Vista Suite cat. BB.

All for the sum of 200,00$ US more,.

Asian Adventure - Volendam.

 

Is it a good deal ?

 

And also, is there a significative difference between a B cat and a BB cat.? Or just a location thing ?

Not a fan of the lanai cabins myself- so that would be good upgrade to me. But you picked a lanai for its unique virtues so you need to know what you would be giving up. To me getting outdoor privacy and a larger cabin, away from the traffic, lights and public view would be a very good thing. :cool: But you lose that easy access and sociability of being out were the action is which are some of the lanai high points.

I think the B -cabins are more midship than the BB category. I'd choose a Vista suite for that price any time to have a bigger cabin and more privacy. One secondary thought is that the Lanai cabins are classified as OV cabins whereas the Vista Suites are Suites - meaning more points for your Mariner status if you are interested in that.
