Should I book ES or hold out for Casino rate?

Through 8/31, Carnival is offering a "Early Saver Last Call Past Guest Bonus" rate with 1/2 off deposits and obc. I am anticipating a casino reduced rate offer. If I book with the ES rate and later get the casino offer, can I get the price drop?

TIA

I had read on another thread that once you book, they are less likely to send you a casino rate. That is why I have been holding off. I had a casino rate last month but was not sure if we could go. Now I am ready to book but no casino offer. I am afraid to book early saver if they are less likely to send me a casino offer.

Nope, we had a B2B booked and got a Premier offer for the prior week. We just dropped the 2nd week and picked up the Premier offer.

On one of our B2B cruises for 2015 which we had booked a year in advance while on 2014 cruises, we received a Casino Offer a few weeks after final payment & were able to match to it.
