I can access my cruise information but when I click on dining nothing happens. Is something wrong with the website? I also tried to go into my meet and mingle information and nothing comes up either. Dinkachu Posted September 6, 2015 #5 Share Posted September 6, 2015 It took me over 3 hours to get our meal reservations made on the website the other day. Following the advice of helpful CC members, I cleared out the cookies and browsing history on my computer. I also waited until late, late at night - about 2 am, to try to book entertainment. It worked without a hitch. Weekends and evenings after 5 seem to be the worst. You can also call the website help number and they will help. Enjoy your cruise. lauhines Posted September 6, 2015 #7 Share Posted September 6, 2015 I called them today and they said they are working on it and should be fixed by tomorrow. I could not get past the identification section for the last passenger in my party. Also the luggage tags were showing wrong room number on them.
