Diamond Princess in Australia - What Menu is Used?

We're booked on the Diamond Princess from Sydney this December and were wondering if the menus used for the Australia trips are the same as the menus for trips originating from the US or is the menu different? I'm seeing some interesting menus from the Japan departures on the Diamond.

We've only sailed Princess from US ports and have seen the same menu many many times, so we're hoping for something different.

I did some looking for any recent Diamond menus from Australia but the only thing I could find was from Japan trips.

Thanks!

I've not been on Diamond yet.

But I will bet that the menu is different n Australia than when sailing Japan.

I know on other Princess ships the menu has been Australianised.

I'm not that familiar with US menus but it seemed to me that the biggest differences were in sweets, last Princess cruises I did (as one example) Pavlova was on the everyday menu :D. [Not the best Pav I've ever had but Pav all the same].

I was also told by some Americans were were sitting with that there was more lamb than they usually got in USA (not sure if that was right, simply what they said) and they were having a lot of lamb dishes.

But this was a few years back,
