We got upgrade from a balcony BC to a mini suite. category MX. the PCC said all mini suites are on deck 11. but I see that there are mini suites on deck eight nine ten + 11.

are there any undesirable mini suites?

There are mini-suites on other decks between suites forward and aft.

 

DECK 11 - Fwd 1001 & 1201

1004-1015 & 1204-1215

 

DECK 10 - Fwd 0067 & 0267

DECK 9 - Aft 9078 & 9278

DECK 8 - Aft 8079 & 8279

 

A Grand Total of -32- mini-suites

Forward on Deck 11 1004 & 1204 smaller balcony due the ship superstructure.

Typical PCC stuff - they don't know what they are talking about. Yes, the Sun has minis on other floors as pointed out. I have not heard of any undesirable minis on the Sun except as noted. That said, the ones on the aft are really nice. On 11 it is very quiet other than I think I've read one report of some noise from the lounge above you in all the years. 8 is above the showroom and some have reported noise during practice or the show.

Your first mistake was believing anything a PCC told you. Most of these people are worse than a used car salesman. Utterly unreliable and they work on commission.

Sun deck 11 minis are outstanding. The bathroom, dressing area, closet, great, full size tub. Nice size cabin and balcony also. Love the Sun and her minis.
