apple products on Celebrity cruises

Is it possible to purchase apple products such as ipads on the Celebrity Solstice on Australian and New Zealand cruises?

Don't know why. I bought an IPod on the Infinity this spring around South America & I remember the Apple store on board the Solstice on the years previous cruise to down under.

I don't think they sell phones though

They do sell iPads but not phones. Biggest problem is you can not pre- order and the can have limited stocks. Same applies to cameras, binoculars....A wife sulked with her husband on our Summit cruise a year or so ago when he had persuaded her to wait until they got on the ship to buy....only time I have ever seen any tension in Michael's Club!

 

Also internet packages are quite expensive and at times not fully reliable so buying and loading before boarding can make sense.

If they do do not be fooled by the 'best price on this ship' rubbish.

 

When we were disembarked the Equinox this year we found better prices being advertised at 2 different UK outlets and we weren't even looking to buy.

Many of the ship stores will price match. Bring the ad with you.
