Send a passenger a gift?

Can someone please tell me how/where to order a gift for someone that is sailing on HAL. I have their booking number but I want it to be a surprise.

If you have their booking number you can actually go on the HAL website and order for them. It will be surprise and you can even do the gift card message.

 

Otherwise, you can simply call shipboard services and place the order.

 

You should receive an email confirmation for the order :)

I have always called Ship Services at 1-800-541-1576.

Gave them the names of the passengers, the ship name and sailing date.

Then asked Ship Services to send me an e-mail confirming the purchase.

I've always done the same thing. Calling Ship Services has an added advantage in that you can ask any questions you might have while ordering.

Call Ship's Services as suggested above.

 

Specifically mention to them you want a gift card attached so the recipient will know it is from you.

 

Name of guest, name of Ship, date of Sailing and your credit card is all you need in order to purchase and send a gift.

Agree -- I have been able to order items not listed on HAL's site.
