Jewel Butlers?

Does anyone know who the butlers on the Jewel are right now?

 

I know it's to much to ask that Nelson is still aboard!?

We loved Nelson when we had him.

 

After 23 cruises in Haven suites we have become friends with many butlers and concierges.

 

Your best bet is to call the pre cruise concierge and request a specific butler if you have a preference.

Sorry I can't help with the current situation, but we had Jennifer in the Haven on the Jewel last February, and she was absolutely wonderful! LOVED her! :D

We got off the Jewel about a month ago and it was Hanno. He was awesome and took care of everything we needed even if that wasnt much

Usually the pre-concierge can tell you what Butlers are onboard during your cruise. When I called 100 days out from my cruise to make some reservations, the pre-concierge told me who my Butler would be.

Sorry Deadly, but Hanno was the Concierge. We were in an owners suite that ended a month ago {9/29} and our Butler was Richard. He had just came back from his vacay, so he should still be aboard. After the 1st day or 2 (we were aboard for 10 days), Richard got our routine down very well. No complaints.

Jennifer is back from her vacation. She's one of the best butlers we've ever had!

 

Hanno, the concierge, is a very nice gentleman. He was able to assist us with the few requests we made of him.

We had Walter on the Jewel and he is wonderful. Last April we found him on the Pearl. So the butlers do move around.
