LIVE from Regal Princess, sailing November 3rd!

I just checked the web cam and it's focused on a yellow vessel. I guess we won't be able to see Regal until it passes during sail away? I'm not familiar with the point of view of the Port Everglades web can.

If someone hasn't already mentioned it you may want to watch both of these cams:

Hotel prices are a bit high for the two nights prior to the November 8th sailing. I like the Hyatt and Doubletree, but both are upwards of $500.00/night. I think there is some international boat show that weekend driving up prices.

I find the prices for hotels in Fort Lauderdale are expensive all the time now.

Chris where do you plan on being for the sailaway?

I am thinking of going there and waving you Bon Voyage.

At what time will the ship depart port?

4 pm departure. Look for the Pink on deck 16 aft at the Outrigger Bar :)

Does someone have a better link to watch the sail away from other than the pier cam? I'm thinking there might be one over by the condo's?? Not sure how much of the group we will be able to see from this pier cam.

Thanks.

i would not call that an obstruction, it seems like most new build have some sort of blockage of a straight down ocean view. Excellent view.

I wont make it in time to see you depart. But I will be on commercial beach, I usually get a good view from there of the ships :)

I really hope that Princess can provide a stable internet connection for your review.
