Amber Cove cabanas

Sorry if this info has already been posted, but this is the first I have heard of this. We booked a poolside cabana in Amber Cove for our Sunshine cruise next August. Got an email today from Carnival stating that the price had dropped, and that the overage had been credited back to my credit card.

 

Looking at the website, it appears that the Ocean cabanas have been reduced in price by $75 to $275, Hillside cabana were reduced $75 to $250, and the Poolside cabana have been reduced $50 to $250.

 

They have also introduced a Grand cabana, a la HMC, for $1500.

 

They must not have been selling well.

Another poster had mentioned the lower price also. Maybe not selling well. I can't decide on what to do in Amber Cove. Thinking of a cabana but which one. I noticed the ones by the pool it looks like a couple of them have the zipline going right over them! I was hoping more people would be posting their experiences at Amber Cove but that doesn't seem to be happening.
