Transport service from port in FLL to Miami airport?

I'm looking for a good transfer service that will take me to the Miami airport after a cruise that arrives in Fort Lauderdale.

 

Also, the flight I'm looking at departs from Miami at noon...is this time pushing it? Thoughts? Would appreciate any advice.

We took the cruise line transfer last year ($30 pp) for the 12:20 flt from MIA on AC

made it fine

 

I think Super Shuttle can go to MIA as well

taxi will be $80+

There are many commonly recommended here...SAS, QLS, Jiffy Jeff, GO Shuttle.

A 12:00 flight from MIA is a little tight -you need to be at MIA by 10:30 and earlier is better (TSA at MIA can be chaos! :(). The drive from PE to MIA takes about an hour, so you need to be off the ship with bags and clear of customs/immigration by about 9:00 so that you can find your ride and be rolling on time.

 

Most of the popular shuttles are not licensed to service MIA. :( Go Airport, Super Shuttle and American Shuttle are options. Given shuttle and transfer fares a taxi for about $80 is a deal if there are 3+ travelling together - check with your roll call to join others heading to MIA.

 

In addition to the suggestions above I would check with private car services such as Larry's Limos and Go Airport.

curious what airline you are flying on?

 

We fly AC & the line ups at Terminal J are not bad but if you are flying into BUF or DTW on an American carrier it might be a different story
