Website/Gift Card issue

I can't check the balance of a physical card, get a "Card balance unavailable. The card number you entered may be incorrect, has no available history, or is a promotional card for which balance information is not available or has expired" error. I thought this problem had been fixed. Haven't tried yet to check the balance when going through a booking.

I tried also, and it appears as if the links lead to a non-secure page, so my browser (or anti-virus program) is rejecting the link.

 

The method of checking through an active booking is working fine.
