judy1960 Posted November 29, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 29, 2015 Does anyone know which hotel Royal Caribbean uses for their cruise tours at Denali? It is just listed as Denali Hotel. Do they use different hotels or always the same one? Judy
Budget Queen Posted November 30, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 30, 2015 I've always seen RCI and Celebrity buses lined up at the Denali Park Village. Not the best place to be without a car. :)
Northern Aurora Posted November 30, 2015 #3 Share Posted November 30, 2015 The Denali Park Village is the hotel complex which was formerly named the McKinley Village (not to be confused with the McKinley Chalets, which is located in the "Glitter Gulch" area just north of the Denali National Park entrance). The Denali Park Village is located on the Parks Highway about eight or nine miles south of the entrance in Denali National Park. At least one of the trip reports last summer commented on this hotel complex.

Freehike Posted December 2, 2015 #5 Share Posted December 2, 2015 I stayed at Denali Park Village as part of our RCI tour. It's a great property, albeit far out of town. There are easy shuttles to get you back and forth into glitter gulch though. Make sure you demand a river facing room. The ones that overlook the parking lot suuuuuck.
