Can't figure out Princess website

Ok, dumb question, but for some reason Princess thinks I'm in the UK, and I'm trying to get pricing in USD instead of GBP. Is there a setting somewhere that I just can't find? I even registered and they know, or should know that I am a US citizen.

Where are you at the moment accessing the site from?

My first thought is to make sure You are on Princess.com and not on Princess.com UK. If you are in the US you should be seeing the prices in USD.

I'm in Colorado. And it is princess.com

This happened to me all the time when I was in London. Most sites have a place that you can click to change the currency. If you are "just shopping", use an exchange rate of 1.50 (the current rate is 1.51). If you are actually trying to book, I'm not sure what to suggest other than to verify that you are NOT on Princess.co.uk

So, when I logged in to my profile it said I was in the united kingdom, which is part of a drop down menu, yet I can't change it to anything else and yet it knows my passport number and citizenship

Even my phone and my wife's phone is coming up British, then I turned off the Wifi and no luck.

When you log onto a website, your computer will tell the website where on the earth you are located. Normally the computer gets it from the internet provider. It sounds like your computer for some reason is reporting that you are in the UK but that is a little strange. Princess has your home address so check and make sure it has not been changed in the personal information area which could also cause problems.

Have you logged into My Princess and then in the upper right-hand corner selected profile. There is then an opportunity to select your country.
