Carnival Legend - glassware?

Hi All,

 

I know this may sound like a silly question but does anyone know if the bars on the Legend serve drinks out of plastic cups or actual glasses? Does it make a difference if you order from an inside or outside bar?

 

I've previously read conflicting information (mostly from the people on the American ships) so thought i would post for the Aussie cruisers.

As far as I could work out they serve drinks in glass in many of the bars.

 

However on the whole of the lido deck (including serenity) and possibly the nightclub it's plastic.

Is it still a rule that no glassware is to be used around the pools?

Glassware except the outside bars because of proximity to the pools.:)

Thank you all. That was as i expected but just thought i'd ask (i can't stand drinking alcohol out of plastic). Oh well better to drink out of plastic on a beautiful cruise than at home! :D

I agree with you. Plastic is awful, and crystal is better than glass. :)

Around the pool areas some beer come in aluminium bottles, average beer...cool bottles!

Just to add if you get a Fishbowl (many cocktails in one big drink) at the Red Frog Pub your not supposed to take t up to the pool deck as its served in glass
