Are there any hotels that have a view of the ships in port? Would love to wake up and look out hotel window to see the Carnival Sunshine day we board.

Not really, nothing like Ft. Lauderdale. You may see a small part of a ship from the Country Inn & Suites.

What about Holiday Inn Club Vacations? You might see them arriving (or leaving) to the port. Not sure....

None that we have stayed at, however the doubletree on the beach does have views as it comes and goes sometimes. It's not the greatest views but enough to be a bit wowed. :)

The new Homewood Suites should have good views if you get a north facing room
