What to do with young adults mostly in 20's

We have snorkeled in Belize 3 times and gone to zoo once. Trying to find something that won't cost too much but will be fun. They love the snorkeling but the good areas for that are over $70 per person. Goff caye is good price but isn't as good snorkeling there and will be crowded with 3 ships. Thought about cave tubing till I read a lot of bugs on walk to caves and one of our daughters has had bad reaction to bug bites before. I have been reading cruise critic for months and still don't know what to do and less than a month from cruise. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Lather up on the DEET and go zip-lining-cave tubing.

Seriously, for 20-somethings that's the best option. There are private vendors much cheaper than ship excursions. Cave-tubing R Us, Cavetubing.bz, etc. Google Reggie's Tours and see if any their options have an appeal. Great guides, quick responses to inquiries.
