Can I refer a cabinmate?

If I cruise with someone who has never cruised Princess, can I use the refer a friend if they are sharing a cabin with me?

As long as they haven't booked yet there shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, you can. But be very careful to do it a couple of days before you book. It takes a little while to send and receive confirmation. Then a Captain Circle Number will be assigned. If you book too early (before confirmation), new passenger will be given two Captain Circle Numbers that may cause a problem. Be sure to let your TA or Princess know that the passage is a referred guest.
