Carnival CHEERS Program

I was looking into the CHEERS program and wondered can you only buy it on the first day or online, or can you buy it say midway through?

 

Also

 

I know you can get it at the bars but if one person in room goes up to purchase it will they check to see how many 21+ are in room and force all to purchase then?

 

Trying to find any way to justify getting it since I know I will drink more than $50 some days.

yes carnival requires EVERYONE in the cabin to buy a drink package,.

I believe everyone 21 or older in the cabin would have to purchase it.

I know on my 7-day sailing back in Oct 2014, I bought Cheers on the 2nd day of the cruise.

not to be rude that doesn't answer my question that I asked. I know you can purchase it on the 1st day, but im asking if anyone knows if you can purchase say the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc..

Cheers can be bought prior to cruise, embarkation day, and second day. Cannot purchase cheers program after that.:rolleyes:
