How long do your sea legs last?

Hello everyone!

I went on my first cruise last April (it was supposed to be a one time experience but now I'm hooked!) and it took me a few days before I didn't feel kinda nauseous if I sat up for too long. I'm going on another cruise this April and am hoping I still have my sea legs.

I know everyone is different. So, how long have you gone between cruises and still kept your sea legs?

Thanks!

We use Bonine for seasickness if needed. It is available in the US over the counter in an drugstore. Generally, we don't need it in the Caribbean or for a Med cruise that originates in the Med. If going to Alaska or from Southampton to the Med, we take Trans Derm scops which provide a much more powerful relief of motion sickness.
