Yes we liked Portsmouth too. We did a ship's excursion to Escape Beach which was very Robinson Crusoe! It made a change from the very touristy 5* resort style beaches. Different and memorable and of course the National Park is there too.

Dream's now booked into Cayman for 2017/18, so looks like Montego Bay is returning. I'd guess if they're going down to 3 ships for winter 17, Dubai will be dropped.

I see most of the Louis fleet up for sale but nothing on Spirit,also notice P,O Oriana for sale , do you think MAJ and Spirit are are here for summer 2018 or finish end of summer 2017.

Rumour is is that Louis are now looking at new builds. :confused:

 

Just as TUI say goodbye to Louis, they then start to invest in brand new ships. :(

So what do we expect in summer 2108 from Thomson cruise? Sailaway has given us the most likely positions/ships.

Will one still be adults only?

Any new routes or will it be the same old re-jigged one's.

Will Thomson realize that they are becoming un-competitive?

Is the brochure still due out third Thursday of April?

Last year sailaway had a hold of an e-copy early

What is sailaway?

Sailaway normally has good information on home ports and routes in advance of brochure, last year he managed to get an e-copy of brochure before it was launched.

Got it, at last, thanks for that[ HAVE a relaxing cruise P.C look after your self and your wife,and please don,t drink the ship dry :p having the stay first we get to board the ship by 12 -30 pm so if your still on board, we might bump in to you ,Remember it,s not the ship,s that pass in the night, it,s the night,s passed on the ship go careful . Adults only, good flights, realistic prices PLUS Thomson needs to join the 21st century and allow us to select a specific cabin at the time of booking.

And select your flight seats when booking. They do 'some adult only' cruises. We have been on a few & one planned.
