.... When the various packages rolled out, everyone over 21 in a cabin had to purchase the same package. They then decided to trust in the honesty of their passengers and removed this rule. You think reading posts like yours might just make them rethink this?

 

Carnival still makes everyone in a cabin get the package, probably for this reason. One package, one person

Not on the Navigator. You can get a soda as often as you can get attention if a bartender to give you one.
