Whatever happened to Celebrity Cruises poster?

I don't see many posts from the Official Celebrity Cruises person anymore. I wonder if they were told to stop or if there is another reason. It was nice to see the company take on some of these questions. I'd love to hear the one on paper cups for morning room service coffee.

I've seen recent responses from official Celebrity people just this week, there's one in the thread about the Zika virus that I particularly remember.

IMHO it is a different person. Seems to only repsond to questions where they can quote from the Celebrity website or from press releases. I felt like the previous person tried to get answers or clarification on rumors-not that are ever any rumors on this forum:D
