Mini-suites on Dolphin deck are totally uncovered. Only Minis on Emerald are covered. Balcony cabins on Caribe deck are partially covered. EM[/quote

I just watched a tube video for the mini suites & it looked like it had to be at least covered some, other wise, how would the cabin above us be there or the cabin below us be there? Of course, it is somewhat covered by the veranda above you

You are probably looking at Caribe deck balcony cabins which have a half covered balcony.

Dolphin deck minis are completely uncovered.

The few aft side of ship mini's on Emerald deck are completely covered.

D416 is a wonderful location! Great to be across from the mid-ship elevator lobby. No matter where you are going or returning to your cabin, you're half way there.

All of the Dolphin Deck mini suites are totally uncovered. Still, there is seldom a time when it's completely in the sun and often it's completely in the shade depending on the angle of the sun.

It's our favorite location on Emerald! Look forward to having a fantastic cruise in a great cabin! :)
