You can get a card describing how to log in to seaplay at the casino cage. There is an app that can be installed on Apple and android devices for this (will not work on Windows phones). The card also will give you $10 free play when you set up an account, so you may not want to do this before you board. If you would rather gamble online instead of in the casino you can do so anywhere on the ship. They do periodically offer specials such as this one that offer free play.

 

The one advantage I can see is that this connects shipboard and shore based casino comps together, so it might get you some casino rate cruise offers or Vegas casino offers.
