QM2 making 27knots to Easter Island

More like 32 knots, maybe more on a good day. QM2 can hit 30, and for her size that's amazing. I've been on her at 29. Sea conditions can affect speed just like the winds do to airplanes. Thus, there is no real judgement to be made here without knowing the conditions.

To offload medical emergency passenger. Costa Luminosa  is there and we will be using her tenders to disembark the passenger.

Thank you for the news, Navaleye, although it's bad ones, but at least we know where she is (no precise information available here) and how everything is going. It would be so nice to hear more from and about QM2 (I was booked, but ...) and hope everything is going well with you and the passenger and that he may have proper treatment.

Greetings,

Cats2010 :)
