Still waiting for our cabins. Cleaning them due to norovirius 2/22 Riveria cruise

It's now 5:15 and most of us can't get into our cabins

Due to cleaning from last weeks return of the ship early due to the norovirius.

We're sitting all over the ship with luggage. At least we had a nice buffet. There are always angry guests. Too bad. They are trying to give us a squeaky clean ship and are doing the best they can

I don't doubt that the ship had hoped to have you guys on board earlier. What a pity that they ran into a snag.

 

Yes, there are always people who are impatient and frustrated. (That's not a judgment on my side because I might have been one of them!)

 

But it's difficult to arrive at the ship, expecting to be able to board (even at the delayed time that was announced), and then have to wait even longer.

We were on the 2/02 sailing and had outstanding service by all of the crew even after the Noro virus reared it ugly head again. Fortunately, we were not among the small percentage that contracted the virus.

 

Food was fantastic! Haven't had the guts to step on the scale since our return.

 

Watched her sailaway. Hope all onboard have a wonderful trip!

I was on the Feb 12 - 22 cruise and I feel so sorry for those passengers. They are in for the same thing we experienced and I pray the virus is contained.
