First time cruising - Danube Cruise with Croisi

Hello to all as I am new on Cruise Critic forum. My wife and I are booked for a 12 day cruise on the Danube aboard the Vivaldi with Croisi. This is our first ever cruise as my wife was always afraid of sea sickness. I did not find a lot of reviews regarding Croisi, the Vivaldi or Danube cruises in general. I would like to read any experiences you may have had with Croisi and especially if you have done the Danube Cruise. Any other tips or comments are most welcome.

If you look at the sticky near the top of that page there is a thread called "New to River Cruising: Start Here" that might be a great help to you.

 

I have never done a river cruise, but lived in Germany for a while and took the train along parts of the Danube (Donau in German) and it was lovely. I hope you have a wonderful time.

Thank you Sauer-kraut. I searched that board but did not find anything recent and related. The thread 'new to river cruising' is very informative.

Are you wanting info on cruising the Danube in general, or specifically on Croisi? If you have general Danube questions, lots of us over on the River Cruising board have done Danube River cruises.

Thank you Roz. Actually both. We will be cruising From Linz in Austria to Tulcea in Romania.
