stateroom under theater

Hi,

 

Has anyone stay in a cabin under theater? How noisy it is? If I wear ear plug will I still be able to hear the noise?

 

When are the noisy hours? I hope there are quite hours as people won't rehearsal during normal sleep hours?

You may hear some noise if you are in your cabin while the performances are going on, or if there are rehearsals which sometimes occur during hours you might want to sleep. Ear plugs might solve the problem depending on your noise tolerance. If your cabin is an outside cabin quite far forward, you may also hear the anchor chains when they feed out if your ship is at a tender port. That might not bother you at all if you are a very early riser or if your itinerary includes docking only.

I only heard a bit of the 10pm show music IF I was in my room. You can always put on the tv or a music channel but it's nothing you'd need ear plugs for.

That might not bother you at all if you are a very early riser or if your itinerary includes docking only.

When docking, thrusters and tie-line winches are noisy.

Sometimes there are afternoon rehearsals that may create some noise.
