There were many more activities than the patter could list. I can't check the previous journey view after disembarkation, and activity times may change from cruise to cruise.

Following, I also just disembarked not too long ago, hope I can stay on. Sapphire Princess is a wonderful ship, many activities, all staffs are very friendly. Antarctica is an amazing destination. I'm sure you'll like it. If I remember correctly, you like to dance. You'll love Supersonic, they're fantastic.

Just off Sapphire, wonderful time. Recorded ballroom usually starts 7:30 PM but not listed in Patter. I always attend numerous live music. Shows start 7:30PM and 9:30PM. The party band Supersonic usually plays after 7:30 PM or on deck around 1 PM. They are the best, with excellent voices and fantastic skills, and beautiful stage presence. A good variety of music such as soft rock, coastal, country, and Latin. Some songs they play even better than the originals. Very danceable for both couples and individuals. There are 3 duos starting from 12:30 PM. DJ Lee in Skywalker and cruise director Armando are also very nice. If you like dancing, you'll have a memorable time onboard.

I used to enjoy a variety of whipped cream cakes and Tiramisu, but they've been replaced by no sugar added or mousse cakes. The sugar substitute imparts a strange taste. I'm not sure if this is a bit off-topic, but I really want to find out why. Perhaps mousse cakes are cheaper, and fewer people prefer sugar-free options?

Yes Armando and gravity are all very good! I hope they stay, but I remember gravity might leave after this cruise.

Could someone onboard kindly let me know if cruise director is still Armando? Who's the party band (5 piece band). Are they good in your opinion, are they going to stay? Thanks in advance.

Have any one used Princess Vacation Protection Cancel For Any Reason or know how it works? My understanding is, it will refund ANY no-refundable payment, including deposit, in the form of FCC? How soon is the FCC deposited? Does it have sail by date, such as 1 year after the refund? Is there any hidden clause I should be aware of? Thank you!

I assume if I have independent air, it's not part of the total trip cost, thus the airfare is not covered if I miss the flight, but if the flight delay cause me to miss the embarkation, I can still get the airfare to catch the cruise covered under trip delay (not trip interruption)?

Hi, Have anyone who's US resident booked through a Canadian agency charging CA$? This agency's website can quote both Canadian$ and USD, but I don't know if the lower tax is for Canadian resident only, and the lower fare is a resident discount. In USD tax are not included, and price is also higher, while in CA$ tax is included. Thanks, April

@RutheniumI'm on the same cruise. Your son has very beautiful voice. I especially enjoyed the several slow songs he sing. I love the song he dedicated to you and your husband, the slow version of "can't take my eyes off you". Also love "La vie en rose". I hope there are more popular dance-able songs. If they could take request or ask audience what type of music they like to hear, that would be a plus. I came to their show every day they performed.

Such a lovely story and cute Christmas alligator with the hat on 😀! I'm sure they'll love the card. It also make me feel so warm. Maybe you can call Holland America customer service for the address to the send the card. Or if someone who will sail on Niuew Amsterdam can bring a digital card to show the staff.

Can you share your experience on the quality of Coffee in Buffet and MDR during breakfast? Is it brewed (not from syrup)? Is it comparable to Starbucks. Thanks.

So ocean bar band is the house band which consist of 5+ musicians? When we cruised Veendam in 2019, there is no house band, and no DJ. They used a computer to play some mp3 music in ocean bar after the band, the sound quality was not good. I'm glad now there is a DJ playing in a larger lounge.
