FTTF Better than ELITE

It all depends on how many Diamond/Platinum cruises are on that cruise. The fewer the D/P cruisers, the more FTTF slots are allowed.

So that's how it works! I knew there were limited slots available for FTTF, but didn't know how many or how the amounts to give out were determined. [emoji848] I'm trying FTTF out for first time in my next cruise. [emoji2]

Don't even engage this poster. He hates Carnival and spouts all sorts of nonsense on this board.

FTTF is not a bad thing and it is not something that you got previously without paying. We have gotten FTTF on all of our previous cruises and it is certainly worth it. Especially if you tender to any ports.

There are some worthwhile benefits to FTTF. It wasn't around prior to my getting Platinum status, so I'm not sure if I would have purchased it.

But, for those that cruise often, or fly to their cruise ports, an even better investment is securing a Global Entry Pass. $100 for 5 years. Dedicated entry and exit lines. My last cruise out of FLL, there wasn't a single person ahead of me on the Global Entry Port Terminal Customs debarkation line. Shortened and less intrusive airport security lines.

You get early access after all the diamonds, plats, suites, weddings. Just get to the port at 2 pm and walk straight on. Save the $80 for nothing.

I am platinum so it doesn't matter. My statement was that early room access didn't happen before FTTF.
