Room Service.. Who do they charge?

If you call in for some of the new room service menu items, and there are 2 people in a room with two different accounts, who do they charge? Do they ask you for your folio number over the phone?

No they do not ask, it is all on their system, I going to assume they bill the primary persons card for the cabin. Just like they know what room your in. But I did lose my S&S card once, replaced it, went to my room and ordered some F's from room service. They had to call me back as my card was canceled. She then asked for my new folio number. :rolleyes:

You probably can tell them which folio # to use.

Just tell them who to charge it to...so easy! Most items carry no charge at all....unless you're getting something that 's extra....

We were on the Glory last week and ordered almost every night. They asked for the folio number.

They ask us which folio number to use/ which guest to charge to every time we have incurred a room service charge.
