Gluten Free on American Queem

I'm cruising on the American Queen next month. How well will they deal with my gluten free dietary requirement?

Excellent advice, and the sooner the better. Chefs on cruise lines start planning their meals several weeks out.

Remembering the galley of the AQ I doubt that they do have a separate area for GF food like on ocean going cruise ships.

I agree 100% with Steamboats. The AQ's kitchen is not very big, and on a steamboat it is a kitchen.
