Trying to decide between refreshment or replenish for DS. First do they offer powerade.?

Also, since they dont have the freestyle machine, do you have to carry the souvenier cup sround, or do they still put a sticker on your seapass so you can just go to any bar etc?

You don't need the cup for soda, any bar or restaurant will give you a glass of soda.
