Wow! Passport renewal.

I've been reading about the quick turn around times and just rec'd

mine in 13 days!

A bit concerned though because my son also

renewed and his hasn't arrived.

I'm looking for my receipt do I can track his.

 

Hopefully it will arrive on Monday.

We've renewed several times before and sometimes they come back on the same day but sometimes a couple of days apart.

That's pretty quick, I think ours took three weeks.

We also renewed ours on the same day, received one in 2 1/2 weeks, the other 3 weeks. No expiditing needed.

I just renewed mine, with a name change, and ordered the passport card as well. There was a note at the bottom that said I might get the passport, the official court order for my name change and the passport card all separately. I guess with the price they charge these days they can afford the postage :D

No, they just figure the odds of all three items going missing in the mail are lower with separate mailings. I'm sure that's part of the administrative costs.
