Rare Laszlo Posted June 5, 2016 #1 Share Posted June 5, 2016 Does anyone know how to delete the "Mail" - "Messages" from your account on NCL. I have about 12 from 2014-15 I would like to delete. I've spoken with two people from NCL and they did not know how. Thanks
Rare BirdTravels Posted June 5, 2016 #2 Share Posted June 5, 2016 I think you are stuck with them until after you get back from Alaska.

Quilting_Cruiser Posted June 5, 2016 #4 Share Posted June 5, 2016 I had three which finally went away after my cruise in March. Then I booked two more cruises and now they're back. Like you, I haven't been able to find a way to delete them.
triptolemus Posted June 5, 2016 #5 Share Posted June 5, 2016 (edited) They are not messages. They are advertisements and you cannot delete them. That message center is not used for any important communications whatsoever. Anything you want to know will be done via e-mail. NurseTilly Posted September 19, 2022 #6 Share Posted September 19, 2022 This is stupid. Every time I log in, I have a message alert. I read it and hit the x but it is still there. NCL website leaves a lot to be desired. Same is true for the mobile app.

Is it OK to respond if you take the opportunity to point out that someone else responded to an old thread?
